Job Description

Store ၏ နေ့စဉ်လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်တာများကို စီမံကြီးကြပ်၍ ချောမွေ့စွာ လည်ပတ်နိုင်စေရန် ဦးဆောင်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
Sales Target များ ပြည့်မီစေရန် Sales Team ကို လမ်းညွှန်၊ ကြီးကြပ်ပြီး အရောင်းတိုးတက်စေရန် အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
Staff Scheduling၊ Attendance၊ Leave Management၊ Performance Monitoring နှင့် Team Development ကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း။
Inventory Management၊ Stock Control၊ Stock Replenishment နှင့် Product Display များကို စစ်ဆေးထိန်းသိမ်း၍ Stock Accuracy ကို ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။
Customer Service Standard ကို ထိန်းသိမ်းပြီး Customer Complaint နှင့် Store Operation ဆိုင်ရာ ပြဿနာများကို အချိန်မီ ဖြေရှင်းခြင်း။
POS System၊ Inventory System၊ Cash Handling နှင့် Daily Sales Report များကို စစ်ဆေးအတည်ပြုခြင်း။
Store Operation၊ Financial Control၊ Visual Merchandising နှင့် SOP များကို လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်စေရန် ကြီးကြပ်ခြင်း။
Daily / Weekly / Monthly Sales၊ Inventory နှင့် Operational Report များကို Management ထံ တင်ပြခြင်း။
Store Performance တိုးတက်စေရန် Promotion၊ Marketing Campaign နှင့် Business Improvement Activities များတွင် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
Store ၏ Operation အားလုံးကို တာဝန်ယူဦးဆောင်နိုင်ခြင်း။

Requirements

ဘွဲ့ရရှိပြီးသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Retail၊ Fashion Retail၊ Sales (သို့) Store Management ပိုင်းတွင် (၂) နှစ်နှင့်အထက် လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Assistant Store Manager၊ Senior Sales Supervisor၊ Store Supervisor အဖြစ် ဦးဆောင်အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူကို ဦးစားပေးမည်။
Leadership၊ Decision Making၊ Problem Solving နှင့် People Management Skill ကောင်းမွန်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Communication Skill၊ Customer Service Skill နှင့် Team Management Skill အားကောင်းသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Sales Target များ ပြည့်မီအောင် Team ကို ဦးဆောင်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Fashion၊ Streetwear၊ Lifestyle Brand နှင့် Café Culture ကို စိတ်ဝင်စားသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Basic English Communication ပြောဆိုနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
