Job Description

  • Handle cash, credit, and mobile payment transactions accurately.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, and change to customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized cashier counter.
  • Record daily sales and prepare cash reports.
  • Assist with order-taking and coordinate with service staff when required.
  • Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with menu or café information.
  • Ensure compliance with café policies regarding cash handling and transaction accuracy.
  • Support basic administrative tasks as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent (Diploma/Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
  • Experience as a cashier or in customer service is preferred.
  • Basic math and accounting skills.
  • Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems and digital payment methods.
  • Ability to stay calm and polite under pressure.
