Job Description

  • Customer များထံမှ Cash နှင့် Digital Payment များကို မှန်ကန်စွာ လက်ခံဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
  • POS System အသုံးပြုပြီး Sales Transaction များကို မှန်ကန်စွာ လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်။
  • နေ့စဉ် Cash Balance ကို စစ်ဆေးပြီး စာရင်းများနှင့် ကိုက်ညီမှုရှိစေရန် ထိန်းသိမ်းနိုင်ရမည်။
  • Receipt များ ထုတ်ပေးခြင်းနှင့် Transaction Record များကို စနစ်တကျ သိမ်းဆည်းနိုင်ရမည်။
  • Customer များအား ယဉ်ကျေးပြောဆို၍ ကောင်းမွန်သော Customer Service ပေးနိုင်ရမည်။
  • Customer မေးမြန်းချက်များနှင့် အခြေခံ Complaint များကို သက်ဆိုင်ရာအဖွဲ့နှင့် ပူးပေါင်း၍ ဖြေရှင်းနိုင်ရမည်။
  • Counter Area ကို သန့်ရှင်းသပ်ရပ်စွာ ထိန်းသိမ်းထားနိုင်ရမည်။
  • Daily Sales Report များကို ပြင်ဆင်တင်ပြနိုင်ရမည်။
  • အထက်လူကြီးမှ ပေးအပ်သော အခြားတာဝန်များကို တာဝန်ယူဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။

Requirements

  • တက္ကသိုလ်ဝင်တန်းစာမေးပွဲ အောင်မြင်ထားသူ (သို့) တက္ကသိုလ်ဘွဲ့တစ်ခုခု ရရှိထားသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • အသက် (၂၀ – ၃၅) နှစ်အတွင်း ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) ကို အခြေခံမှ ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
  • Customer Service Skill နှင့် Communication Skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
  • ငွေကြေးနှင့်ပတ်သက်သည့် လုပ်ငန်းများကို စေ့စပ်သေချာစွာ ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
  • တာဝန်ယူမှု၊ တာဝန်ခံမှုရှိပြီး အလုပ်တာဝန်များကို တိတိကျကျ ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
  • Teamwork စိတ်ဓာတ်ရှိပြီး အဖွဲ့အစည်းနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
