Job Description

Company နှင့် Factory တစ်ခုလုံး၏ Finance & Accounting လုပ်ငန်းများကို ဦးဆောင်ကြီးကြပ်ရန်။
Accountant နှင့် Senior Accountant များ၏ လုပ်ငန်းများကို စစ်ဆေးအတည်ပြု၍ Monthly Financial Reports များကို Review ပြုလုပ်ရန်။
Stock, Production, Raw Material Usage နှင့် Sales များ၏ Monthly Comparison Reports များကို စစ်ဆေးသုံးသပ်ရန်။
Total Costing၊ Raw Material Price Changes နှင့် Product Pricing များကို တွက်ချက်သုံးသပ်၍ MD ထံ Financial Recommendations တင်ပြရန်။
Van Sales Reports, Promotion Expenses နှင့် Profit & Loss Impact များကို စစ်ဆေးရန်။
Accounting Software အတွင်းရှိ Stock Adjustments နှင့် Financial Transactions များ မှန်ကန်မှုရှိစေရန် ကြီးကြပ်ရန်။
Bank Transactions၊ Cashier Operations၊ Regional Sales Cash နှင့် Bank Deposits များကို ထိန်းချုပ်ကြီးကြပ်ရန်။
Advance Clearing / Offset နှင့် Accounting Discrepancies များကို စစ်ဆေးဖြေရှင်းရန်။
Annual Stock-Take နှင့် Year-End / Period-End Closing လုပ်ငန်းများကို ဦးဆောင်ကြီးကြပ်ရန်။
Finance & Accounting Department ၏ ဝန်ထမ်းများနှင့် လုပ်ငန်းတာဝန်များကို ထိရောက်စွာ ခွဲဝေကြီးကြပ်ရန်။
Finance & Accounting ဆိုင်ရာ အရေးကြီးပြဿနာများကို ဖြေရှင်း၍ MD ထံ Financial Position နှင့် အကြံပြုချက်များကို တင်ပြဆွေးနွေးရန်။

Requirements

ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Accounting / Finance နှင့် သက်ဆိုင်သော Bachelor’s Degree ရရှိထားသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Chief Accountant / Finance Manager / Senior Accounting Management Level တွင် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Manufacturing / Factory Industry တွင် Accounting & Costing Experience ရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Costing, Stock Control နှင့် Financial Reporting ပိုင်းများ ကျွမ်းကျင်ရမည်။
Accounting Software နှင့် Microsoft Excel ကို ကောင်းမွန်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
Financial Analysis, Problem Solving နှင့် Decision-Making Skills ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
Accounting Team အား ဦးဆောင်ကြီးကြပ်နိုင်သော Leadership နှင့် Management Skills ရှိရမည်။
MD / Management သို့ Financial Reports နှင့် Business Recommendations များကို တိကျရှင်းလင်းစွာ တင်ပြနိုင်ရမည်။
သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Professional Accounting Qualification (ACCA / CPA / LCCI စသည်) ရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
