Job Description

Coffee Shop ၏ နေ့စဉ်လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုများကို စီမံကြီးကြပ်၍ ချောမွေ့စွာ လည်ပတ်နိုင်စေရန် ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
Shop Opening / Closing Procedures များကို စစ်ဆေးကြီးကြပ်ပြီး လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များ စနစ်တကျ ဆောင်ရွက်စေခြင်း။
Barista များနှင့် ဆိုင်ဝန်ထမ်းများ၏ လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုများကို ကြီးကြပ်ခြင်း၊ Duty Roster နှင့် Work Schedule များ ရေးဆွဲစီမံခြင်း။
ဝန်ထမ်းများအား လိုအပ်သော Training နှင့် On-the-Job Coaching များ ပံ့ပိုးပေးခြင်း။
Customer Service အရည်အသွေး မြှင့်တင်ရန် ကြီးကြပ်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်းနှင့် Customer Complaints များကို ထိရောက်စွာ ဖြေရှင်းပေးခြင်း။
Inventory နှင့် Stock Control လုပ်ငန်းများကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း၊ Weekly / Monthly Stock Count များ ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း။
Cash Handling, Daily Sales Report နှင့် အခြားလိုအပ်သော Operational Reports များကို ပြင်ဆင်တင်ပြခြင်း။
Company Policy, SOP နှင့် Operational Standards များကို ဝန်ထမ်းများ လိုက်နာစေရန် ကြီးကြပ်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။

Requirements

တက္ကသိုလ်ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူ (သို့မဟုတ်) သက်ဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ငန်းဆိုင်ရာ အရည်အချင်းနှင့် Certificate များရှိသူ။
Coffee Shop, Café (သို့မဟုတ်) Restaurant လုပ်ငန်းများတွင် Supervisor အဖြစ် အနည်းဆုံး (၁) နှစ်မှ (၂) နှစ်အထက် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ။
Team Management, Leadership နှင့် Communication Skills ကောင်းမွန်သူ။
Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel) များကို ကောင်းမွန်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူ။
Customer Service ပိုင်းတွင် စိတ်ဝင်စားမှုရှိပြီး ဝန်ဆောင်မှုကောင်းမွန်စွာ ပေးနိုင်သူ။
Shift Duty စနစ်ဖြင့် တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်နိုင်သူ။
တာဝန်ယူမှုရှိပြီး လုပ်ငန်းဖိအားအောက်တွင် ကောင်းမွန်စွာ လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သူ။
