Job Description

Serve customers at the counter efficiently.
Handle orders, payments, and product inquiries.
Maintain cleanliness of the counter area.
Assist in stock display and replenishment.

Requirements

Any Graduate. (Certificate or diploma in Hospitality, Business, or related field.)
Experience in retail, F&B, or service industry is an advantage.
Good communication and customer service skills
Basic knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems or cash handling
Ability to work under pressure and in shifts.
