Job Description

  • Manage and support day-to-day customer operational activities to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service to handle customer requests and issues.
  • Monitor customer orders, service processes, and operational workflows from initiation to completion.
  • Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure accurate customer data, records, and documentation are properly maintained.
  • Prepare operational and customer-related reports for management review.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards in all customer operations.
  • Identify service gaps and propose improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Support customer onboarding, account maintenance, and service process implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Operations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in customer operations, customer service, or operational support roles.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and customer-handling skills.
  • Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
