Job Description

စက်ရုံ၏ Production, Maintenance, Warehouse, Stock Control နှင့် Daily Operations များကို စနစ်တကျ ဦးဆောင်ကြီးကြပ်ရန်။
နေ့စဉ် Production Plan အတိုင်း ကုန်ထုတ်လုပ်မှု လုပ်ငန်းများ အချိန်မီပြီးစီးရေး ကြီးကြပ်ရန်။
Raw Materials, Production Output, Finished Goods နှင့် Stock Movement များကို စောင့်ကြည့်ထိန်းချုပ်ရန်။
Production Cost, Raw Material Usage နှင့် Operational Expenses များကို စောင့်ကြည့်ပြီး Cost Control ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
Production နှင့် Maintenance Team များ၏ လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုများကို ကြီးကြပ်ပြီး စက်ချို့ယွင်းမှုများကြောင့် Production Delay မဖြစ်စေရန် စီမံဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
Factory ၏ Safety, Quality, Cleanliness နှင့် Company Procedures များ လိုက်နာမှုရှိစေရန် ကြီးကြပ်ရန်။
Stock, Production နှင့် Raw Material Usage Reports များကို စစ်ဆေးပြီး Management ထံ ပုံမှန်တင်ပြရန်။
Supplier, Accountant, Warehouse နှင့် သက်ဆိုင်ရာဌာနများနှင့် ပူးပေါင်း၍ Factory Operations များ ချောမွေ့စွာ လည်ပတ်နိုင်ရန် ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
Production / Stock / Maintenance ဆိုင်ရာ ပြဿနာများကို အချိန်မီ ဖြေရှင်းပြီး Management ထံ အရေးကြီးကိစ္စများ တင်ပြရန်။
Factory ဝန်ထမ်းများ၏ လုပ်ငန်းတာဝန်ခွဲဝေမှု၊ Attendance နှင့် Team Performance များကို ကြီးကြပ်ရန်။

Requirements

ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Factory / Manufacturing Industry တွင် Management / Operations ပိုင်း အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Factory Operation, Production, Warehouse နှင့် Stock Control ပိုင်းများကို နားလည်ကျွမ်းကျင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Team Management နှင့် Leadership Skills ကောင်းမွန်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Production Planning, Cost Control နှင့် Problem Solving Skills ကောင်းမွန်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Stock / Production / Costing Reports များကို နားလည်စစ်ဆေးနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Microsoft Office နှင့် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Management / Accounting Software များ အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Management နှင့် သက်ဆိုင်ရာဌာနများအကြား ထိရောက်စွာ Communication ပြုလုပ်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
တာဝန်ယူမှု၊ ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်ချနိုင်မှုနှင့် လုပ်ငန်းခွင်စီမံခန့်ခွဲနိုင်မှု ကောင်းမွန်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
