Job Description

Develop and implement business strategies, goals, and annual plans aligned with the company’s vision and market opportunities.
Oversee daily operations including aluminium and glass production, installation projects, sales activities, logistics, and customer service.
Prepare and manage budgets, monitor cash flow, control costs, and ensure profitability targets are achieved.
Build relationships with clients, contractors, developers, and suppliers to expand the company’s customer base and market presence.
Lead, mentor, and evaluate department managers and staff; foster a productive and accountable work culture.
Ensure all products and projects meet quality standards, building regulations, and workplace safety requirements.
Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and client requirements to ensure timely and successful completion of works.
Supervise purchasing of materials, supplier negotiations, and inventory management to maintain efficient stock levels.
Prepare management reports, analyze business performance, and ensure compliance with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce waste, enhance productivity, and strengthen customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. MBA is an advantage.
Minimum 5–8 years of management experience, preferably in construction materials, aluminium, glass, or related industries.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Solid understanding of operations, finance, sales, and project management.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and business management systems.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
