Job Description

  • Develop creative visual concepts that align with each brand's identity and marketing objectives.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital and printed materials.
  • Design creative assets for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to execute monthly content calendars.
  • Design menus, flyers, posters, banners, standees, brochures, table tents, and other promotional materials.
  • Design product packaging, labels, stickers, cups, coffee bags, takeaway materials, and merchandise.
  • Maintain and update brand guideline documents when required.
  • Perform basic photo editing, retouching, and color correction.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns and new brand concepts.
  • Stay updated on design trends, consumer preferences, and F&B industry aesthetics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in graphic design.
  • Experience in the Food & Beverage, retail, or hospitality industry is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects is an advantage.
  • Experience with Canva is a plus.
  • Knowledge of social media design best practices and digital advertising formats.
