Job Description

Mobile Phone များ၏ Hardware ဆိုင်ရာ ပြဿနာများကို စစ်ဆေးပြီး ပြုပြင်နိုင်ရမည်။
Fault Diagnosis ပြုလုပ်၍ IC, Board, Display, Battery, Charging Port စသည့် Hardware Component များကို ပြုပြင်/အစားထိုးနိုင်ရမည်။
Soldering နှင့် De-soldering လုပ်ငန်းများကို ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
Water Damage နှင့် Physical Damage ဖြစ်သော Device များကို စစ်ဆေးပြုပြင်နိုင်ရမည်။
Repair Process နှင့် Service Record များကို စနစ်တကျ မှတ်တမ်းတင်နိုင်ရမည်။
Customer များအား ပြုပြင်မှုအခြေအနေများကို ရှင်းလင်းပြောကြားနိုင်ရမည်။
Spare Parts နှင့် Tools များကို စနစ်တကျ ထိန်းသိမ်းအသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
Service Area ကို သန့်ရှင်းသပ်ရပ်စွာ ထိန်းသိမ်းနိုင်ရမည်။
Team နှင့် ပူးပေါင်း၍ အလုပ်တာဝန်များကို အချိန်မီပြီးစီးအောင် ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
Supervisor (သို့) Manager မှ ပေးအပ်သော အခြားတာဝန်များကို တာဝန်ယူဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။

Requirements

တက္ကသိုလ်ဝင်တန်းစာမေးပွဲ အောင်မြင်ပြီးသူ (သို့) တက္ကသိုလ်ဘွဲ့တစ်ခုခု ရရှိထားသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
သက်ဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး (၁) နှစ်ရှိရမည်။
အသက် (၂၀ – ၃၅) နှစ်အတွင်း ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Mobile Phone Hardware Service သင်တန်းဆင်း Certificate ရရှိထားသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Mobile Hardware (Board Level Repair, Component Replacement) ဆိုင်ရာ ဗဟုသုတရှိရမည်။
Soldering Skill ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး Repair Tools များကို ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
Customer Service Skill နှင့် Communication Skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
ပြဿနာများကို စနစ်တကျ ခွဲခြမ်းစိတ်ဖြာပြီး ဖြေရှင်းနိုင်သော Problem-Solving Skill ရှိရမည်။
စေ့စပ်သေချာပြီး တာဝန်ယူမှု၊ တာဝန်ခံမှုရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Teamwork စိတ်ဓာတ်ရှိပြီး အဖွဲ့အစည်းနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
