Job Description

Lead, manage, and supervise the Waiter/Waitress team.
Supervise daily operations to ensure a smooth service flow.
Welcome guests, manage seating arrangements, and resolve guest complaints with professional methods.
Provide menu knowledge training to staff and monitor adherence to Service Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Oversee table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
Supervise order-taking and food serving processes.
Facilitate effective coordination between the kitchen and the service team.
Submit daily reports and feedback to the Supervisor or Manager.
Assist in creating staff schedules and duty rosters.
Motivate the team to perform upselling and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

Minimum High School completion.
Hospitality or Hotel Management training is preferred.
At least 3–5 years of experience in a Restaurant or Café.
Priority will be given to candidates with experience as a Senior Waiter.
Strong leadership, teamwork, and coordination skills.
Excellent communication skills and basic English proficiency.
Effective problem-solving skills and a strong customer service mindset.
Must maintain a neat and clean appearance.
Must be patient, kind, and able to work well under pressure.
Responsible and punctual.
