Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee retention processes.
  • Oversee performance management and employee development programs.
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Manage compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and attendance systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Develop training and organizational development initiatives.
  • Oversee daily administrative operations and office management.
  • Manage company assets, facilities, and office maintenance.
  • Supervise security, transportation, cleaning, and administrative support services.
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
  • Manage vendor relationships and procurement of office supplies.
  • Ensure proper documentation, record keeping, and filing systems.
  • Prepare HR and administrative reports for management.
  • Monitor HR budgets and administrative expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and workplace safety standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR and Administration experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of Myanmar labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
