Job Description

  • Record and manage all stock-in and stock-out transactions and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Regularly monitor stock levels and report products that are nearing expiry, damaged, running low, or out of stock.
  • Organize and maintain warehouse products systematically to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Conduct weekly stock counts and reconcile physical stock with inventory records.
  • Update and maintain inventory data in the ERP system.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth stock movement and inventory control.
  • Prepare inventory reports and submit them to the management team as required.

Requirements

  • Any Bachelor's Degree.
  • LCCI or ACCA certificates are preferred.
  • Proficient in computer usage and basic administrative tasks.
  • Good English communication skills in all four skills.
  • Strong management, organizational, and coordination skills.
  • Ability and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
  • Physically fit and healthy to perform inventory and warehouse-related duties.
  • Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Honest, responsible, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about work.
