Job Description

  • နေ့စဉ် အရောင်း၊ အသုံးစရိတ် နှင့် Financial Transactions များကို မှတ်တမ်းတင်နိုင်ရမည်။
  • Cash, Bank Transfer နှင့် Payment Records များ စစ်ဆေးထိန်းသိမ်းနိုင်ရမည်။
  • Purchase Invoice, Voucher နှင့် Supporting Documents များကို စနစ်တကျ File ထားရှိရမည်။
  • Stock Usage နှင့် Purchase Records များ Update ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
  • Daily / Weekly / Monthly Reports များ ပြင်ဆင်တင်ပြနိုင်ရမည်။
  • Accounting Data များကို တိကျမှန်ကန်စွာ ထည့်သွင်းထိန်းသိမ်းနိုင်ရမည်။
  • Manager / Owner မှ ပေးအပ်သော Accounting-related Tasks များ ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
  • လိုအပ်ပါက Other Administrative Support Tasks များ ကူညီဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။

Requirements

  • အထက်တန်းအောင်မြင်သူ (သို့) ဘွဲ့ရရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • LCCI Level I, II အောင်မြင်ထားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Accounting အခြေခံဗဟုသုတရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Word အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • (မသုံးတတ်သူများအား Training ပေးမည်)
  • စာရင်းများကို တိကျသေချာစွာ မှတ်တမ်းတင်နိုင်ရမည်။
  • တာဝန်ယူမှုရှိပြီး ရိုးသားမှုရှိရမည်။
  • Teamwork ဖြင့် လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • သင်ယူလိုစိတ်ရှိပြီး ရေရှည်လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Restaurant, Retail သို့မဟုတ် Related Experience ရှိသူများကို ဦးစားပေးမည်။
