Job Description

Senior Chefs များကို နေ့စဉ် Kitchen Operations ပိုင်းများကို ကူညီဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရန်။
Recipe နှင့် Standard အတိုင်း Ingredients များကိုပြင်ဆင်ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း။
Kitchen တွင် Hygiene, Safety နှင့် Cleanliness ကို ထိန်းသိမ်းပေးခြင်း။
Cooking, Plating နှင့် Food Presentation အတွက် ကူညီဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း။
Inventory Management နှင့် Stock Control အတွက် ကူညီပေးခြင်း။
Senior Chefs အောက်တွင် Culinary Skills ကို လေ့လာပြီး တိုးတက်နိုင်ရန် လေ့ကျင့်ပေးခြင်း။
Senior Chefs နှင့် Management အညွှန်းအတိုင်း လိုက်နာလုပ်ဆောင်ပေးရန်။
Senior Chefs သို့မဟုတ် Management က အပ်နှံသည့် အခြားတာဝန်များကို လုပ်ဆောင်ပေးရန်။

Requirements

သက်ဆိုင်ရာလုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ (၁-၃) နှစ်ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။ (Culinary Training ရှိသူများလျှောက်ထားနိုင်ပါသည်။)
Basic Culinary Skills နှင့် Cooking Techniques အခြေခံသိမြင်မှုရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Leadership Skill၊ Communication Skill ကောင်းမွန်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Culinary Skills တိုးတက်ရန် လေ့လာလိုစိတ်ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Shift / Weekend / Public Holiday အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
