Job Description

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for multiple F&B brands.
Coordinate promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, product launches, and grand openings.
Ensure campaigns are implemented accurately across all stores and marketing channels
Assist in creating engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, & TikTok
Monitor engagement and respond to customer inquiries (Community Management)
Stay updated on current social media trends and recommend new content ideas.
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
Monitor competitors' promotions, pricing, and marketing activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
1–2 years of marketing experience is preferred.
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic copywriting skills for social media and marketing materials.
Familiarity with Meta, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
