Job Description

Production Process များကို စောင့်ကြည့်စစ်ဆေးပြီး စက်ပစ္စည်းများ၏ လည်ပတ်မှုအခြေအနေများကို Monitor ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း။
စက်ပစ္စည်းများတွင် ဖြစ်ပေါ်နေသော အခြေခံပြဿနာများကို စစ်ဆေးဖော်ထုတ်၍ ဖြေရှင်းဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
Preventive Maintenance လုပ်ငန်းများတွင် Maintenance Team နှင့် ပူးပေါင်းကူညီဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
Production Line တွင် Safety Standards၊ Product Quality Standards နှင့် 5s System များကို တိကျစွာ လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
Daily / Weekly Production Reports များကို တင်ပြခြင်း။
Maintenance၊ Quality Assurance (QA) နှင့် Warehouse Team များနှင့် ညှိနှိုင်းပူးပေါင်း၍ Production Operations များကို ချောမွေ့စွာဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
Production Efficiency တိုးတက်စေရန်နှင့် Downtime လျှော့ချနိုင်ရန် လိုအပ်သော အကြံပြုချက်များ တင်ပြခြင်း။
Supervisor မှ ပေးအပ်သော အခြားသက်ဆိုင်ရာ တာဝန်များကို လိုအပ်သလို ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။

Requirements

Mechanical Engineering၊ Electrical Engineering၊ Mechatronics Engineering၊ Industrial Engineering (သို့) သက်ဆိုင်ရာ အင်ဂျင်နီယာဘွဲ့ (Bachelor's Degree) ရရှိထားသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Fresh Graduates များ လျှောက်ထားနိုင်ပါသည်။
Manufacturing (သို့) FMCG Industry တွင် (0–2) နှစ်အထိ လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူကို ဦးစားပေးမည်။
Basic Mechanical နှင့် Electrical Knowledge ရှိရမည်။
Production Process နှင့် စက်ပစ္စည်းများအပေါ် စိတ်ဝင်စားပြီး သင်ယူလိုစိတ်ရှိရမည်။
Problem-Solving Skills ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး အခြေခံပြဿနာများကို စနစ်တကျ ဖြေရှင်းနိုင်ရမည်။
Teamwork နှင့် Communication Skills ကောင်းမွန်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Microsoft Office ကိုအသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
Safety၊ Quality နှင့် 5S Standards များကို လိုက်နာနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
