Job Description

Raw Materials နှင့် Finished Beverages များအား Microbiological Test များ စစ်ဆေးဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
Production Process တစ်လျှောက် Product Quality ကို စောင့်ကြည့်စစ်ဆေး၍ မှတ်တမ်းတင်ခြင်း။
Quality Records များကို တိကျမှန်ကန်စွာ ထိန်းသိမ်းထားရှိပြီး Quality Issues များကို မှတ်တမ်းတင်တင်ပြခြင်း။
Production Team နှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်၍ Product Quality Standards များ ပြည့်မီစေရန် ကူညီဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
Internal / External Audit များတွင် ပါဝင်ဆောင်ရွက်ပြီး လိုအပ်သော ပြင်ဆင်မှုများကို အချိန်မီ ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
Laboratory Safety Procedures၊ GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) နှင့် Hygiene Standards များကို တိကျစွာ လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
Lab Equipment များကို စနစ်တကျ အသုံးပြုပြီး သန့်ရှင်းမှုနှင့် လုံခြုံမှုကို ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။
Supervisor မှ ပေးအပ်သော အခြားတာဝန်များကို လိုအပ်သလို ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။

Requirements

တက္ကသိုလ်ကျောင်းကိစ္စ ကင်းရှင်းသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Microbiology၊ Food Science၊ Biotechnology၊ Chemistry (သို့) သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ဘာသာရပ်ဖြင့် ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူကို ဦးစားပေးမည်။
Basic Laboratory Skills နှင့် Microsoft Office ကို အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
အသေးစိတ်ကို ဂရုစိုက်နိုင်ပြီး (Detail-Oriented) တာဝန်ယူမှုရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Teamwork ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး Communication Skills ကောင်းမွန်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
GMP၊ Food Safety နှင့် Hygiene Standards များကို သင်ယူလိုစိတ်ရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ မရှိသူများလည်း လျှောက်ထားနိုင်ပါသည်။
