Job Description

(1) Career Link ရဲ့ Channel များအတွက် အလုပ်‌ခေါ်စာရေးသားခြင်း၊ အလုပ်ခေါ် စာတင်ခြင်းတို့ကို ကူညီဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း။

(2) အလုပ်‌လျှောက်လွှာများကို Screening လုပ်ပေးခြင်း။

(3) Short-listed Candidate များနှင့် interview လုပ်ရန် ချိန်းဆိုပေးခြင်း။

(4) Talent Acquisition Specialist လက်အောက်တွင် ကူညီဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း။

Requirements

HRM Certificate သို့မဟုတ် Diploma ရရှိပြီးသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Recruitment လုပ်ငန်းတွင် အနည်းဆုံး အတွေ့အကြုံ တစ်နှစ်ခန့် ရှိရမည်။
ဆက်သွယ်ပြောဆိုမှု ကျွမ်းကျင်ပြီး တက်ကြွသန်စွမ်းသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
အဖွဲ့လိုက်လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်မှုကောင်းမွန်ပြီး တာဝန်ယူနိုင်စွမ်းရှိရမည်။
