Job Description

Assign ချထားသည့် Kitchen Station တွင် Basic Food Preparation နှင့် Cooking အလုပ်များကို ပြုလုပ်ပေးခြင်း။
Senior Station Cook / Sous Chef / Head Chef ၏လမ်းညွှန့်မှုအတိုင်း ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း။
Portion Control, Plating အတွက် ညွှန့်ကြားသည့်အတိုင်း လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း။
Assign ချထားသည့် Station အတွင်း Hygiene, Safety, Cleanliness ကို ထိန်းသိမ်းဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း။
Stock / Ingredients များ ပြည့်စုံစေရန် စစ်ဆေးကူညီဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း။
Kitchen Workflow ကို Smooth ဖြစ်အောင် စောင့်ကြပ်ကူညီဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း။
Head Chef သို့မဟုတ် Sous Chef က အပ်နှံသည့် အခြားတာဝန်များကို လုပ်ဆောင်ပေးခြင်း။

Requirements

သက်ဆိုင်ရာလုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ ၁–၂ နှစ် (သို့) (Culinary Training လက်ရှိတက်ရောက်နေသူ)
Cooking Techniques နှင့် Kitchen Operations အခြေခံသိရှိရမည်။
Team Work နဲ့ Instruction အတိုင်းလိုက်နာနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Shift / Weekend / Public Holiday အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Learning Attitude ကောင်းပြီး Culinary Skills တိုးတက်လိုစိတ်ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
