Job Description

Assist in managing the company’s social media channels and online marketing activities.
Create and coordinate basic promotional content for digital platforms.
Monitor online customer inquiries, comments, messages, and engagement.
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, trade activations, and events.
Coordinate marketing materials, promotional items, and campaign assets with internal teams and external vendors.
Assist in organizing product launches, promotional events, and other marketing activities.
Collect customer feedback and market information and report key findings to the marketing team.
Coordinate with branches, retail outlets, and relevant departments for marketing material distribution.
Maintain marketing expense records and campaign-related documentation.
Organize and archive marketing materials, content, and campaign assets.
Assist in preparing weekly and monthly marketing activity and performance reports.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Marketing Diploma or Certificate is preferred.
1–2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media management, or marketing support.
Good understanding of social media platforms and basic digital marketing activities.
Basic knowledge of graphic design/editing tools such as Canva or similar software.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.
Creative, proactive, and willing to learn new marketing tools and techniques.
