Job Description

  • Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, Viber နှင့် အခြား Social Media Platforms များတွင် ကုန်ပစ္စည်းများကို Promote ပြုလုပ်ပြီး Online Sales တိုးတက်စေရန် ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
  • Customer များ၏ Chat၊ Comment နှင့် Phone Inquiry များကို အချိန်မီ ပြန်လည်ဖြေကြားပြီး အရောင်းအဖြစ် ပြောင်းလဲနိုင်ရန် ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
  • Online Order များကို လက်ခံအတည်ပြု၍ Delivery Team နှင့် ချိတ်ဆက်ကာ အချိန်မီ ပို့ဆောင်နိုင်ရန် ညှိနှိုင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
  • နေ့စဉ်၊ အပတ်စဉ်နှင့် လစဉ် Sales Promotion Campaign များ၊ Discount Program များနှင့် Marketing Activities များကို စီစဉ်အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ရန်။
  • Product Content၊ Caption၊ Photo နှင့် Video များကို Marketing Team နှင့် ပူးပေါင်း၍ ဖန်တီးတင်ဆက်ရန်။
  • Social Media Page များကို စနစ်တကျ စီမံခန့်ခွဲပြီး Customer Engagement တိုးတက်စေရန် ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
  • Online Sales Performance၊ Customer Feedback နှင့် Marketing Results များကို စုစည်း၍ အစီရင်ခံစာများ ပြုစုတင်ပြရန်။
  • Product Stock Availability ကို Showroom နှင့် Warehouse တို့နှင့် ချိတ်ဆက်စစ်ဆေးပြီး Customer များအား မှန်ကန်သော အချက်အလက်များ ပေးနိုင်ရန် ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
  • Competitor များ၏ Promotion၊ Pricing နှင့် Marketing Trends များကို လေ့လာသုံးသပ်ပြီး အရောင်းမြှင့်တင်ရေး အကြံပြုချက်များ တင်ပြရန်။
  • Customer Complaint များကို သက်ဆိုင်ရာဌာနများနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဖြေရှင်း၍ Customer Satisfaction မြင့်မားစေရန် ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
  • ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ Brand Image နှင့် Customer Service Standard များကို ထိန်းသိမ်းလိုက်နာရန်။
  • Management မှ တာဝန်ပေးအပ်သည့် အခြား Sales & Marketing ဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ငန်းတာဝန်များကို ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။

Requirements

  • ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Online Sales၊ Digital Marketing၊ Social Media Marketing သို့မဟုတ် Sales & Marketing ပိုင်းတွင် အတွေ့အကြုံ (၂) နှစ်မှ (၄) နှစ် ရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Facebook Business Suite၊ TikTok၊ Telegram၊ Viber နှင့် အခြား Social Media Platforms များကို ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Customer Service နှင့် Online Sales Process ကို နားလည်ကျွမ်းကျင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Content Writing၊ Product Posting နှင့် Promotion Campaign များ စီစဉ်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ကို ကောင်းမွန်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Canva၊ CapCut သို့မဟုတ် အခြေခံ Photo/Video Editing Tools များ အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူအား ဦးစားပေးမည်။
  • Communication Skills၊ Negotiation Skills နှင့် Sales Closing Skills ကောင်းမွန်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Customer များနှင့် ယဉ်ကျေးပြေပြစ်စွာ ဆက်ဆံနိုင်ပြီး Teamwork ကောင်းမွန်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Target အပေါ် အခြေခံ၍ အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်ပြီး အချိန်စီမံခန့်ခွဲနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Retail၊ Showroom၊ Furniture၊ Home Living သို့မဟုတ် Consumer Products လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူအား ဦးစားပေးမည်။
