Job Description

  • Product Orders များ၏ အခြေအနေများကို စစ်ဆေးပြီး သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Team များနှင့် Follow-up ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း။
  • Product Stock Availability နှင့် Inventory အခြေအနေများကို စစ်ဆေးကူညီခြင်း။
  • Customer Orders များအတွက် Delivery Process များကို သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Team များနှင့် ချိတ်ဆက်၍ Follow-up ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း။
  • Counter များ၏ နေ့စဉ်လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်တာများကို လိုအပ်သလို ကူညီစီစဉ်ပေးခြင်း။
  • Sales & Stock Records များကို စစ်ဆေးပြီး စနစ်တကျ Update ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း။
  • Production, Sales နှင့် Office Teams များအကြား လိုအပ်သော Information များကို ချိတ်ဆက်ပေးပြီး Coordination ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း။
  • နေ့စဉ် Office နှင့် Operations ဆိုင်ရာ လိုအပ်ချက်များကို ကူညီဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
  • Operations နှင့် ပတ်သက်သည့် Documents, Records နှင့် Reports များကို စနစ်တကျ ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။
  • သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Supervisor / Management မှ ပေးအပ်သော Operations-related တာဝန်များကို အချိန်မီ ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။

Requirements

  • အနည်းဆုံး အထက်တန်းအောင်မြင်ထားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Operations / Retail / Inventory ပိုင်းတွင် လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူများကို ဦးစားပေးမည်။
  • Microsoft Office နှင့် Microsoft Excel ကို အခြေခံမှ ကောင်းမွန်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Product Order, Stock နှင့် Delivery Process များကို စနစ်တကျ Follow-up ပြုလုပ်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Communication နှင့် Coordination Skills ကောင်းမွန်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • တာဝန်ယူမှုရှိပြီး အလုပ်တာဝန်များကို သတ်မှတ်ချိန်အတွင်း ပြီးမြောက်အောင် ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Production, Sales နှင့် Office Teams များနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းလုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
