Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff to ensure smooth operations.
Plan, organize, and monitor daily production schedules to meet targets and deadlines.
Monitor workflow, materials, and machinery to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
Maintain product quality by enforcing company standards and conducting regular inspections.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues or delays.
Implement and maintain safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Manage manpower planning, shift scheduling, and staff training programs.
Collaborate with procurement, maintenance, and quality assurance teams.
Prepare regular production reports for management review.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and cost-reduction strategies.

Bachelor’s degree in Production, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing management role.
Strong knowledge of production processes, machinery, and quality standards.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations.
