Job Description

Architects, Developers, Interior Designers နှင့် Contractors များနှင့် ချိတ်ဆက်၍ Project Sales အခွင့်အလမ်းများ ရှာဖွေဖော်ထုတ်ခြင်းနှင့် ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်အောင် ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
Lighting နှင့် Building Film Solutions များကို Project Requirements များတွင် ထည့်သွင်းသတ်မှတ်နိုင်ရန် ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
Customer များအား Technical Consultation ပေးခြင်းနှင့် Proposals များ ပြင်ဆင်တင်ပြခြင်း။
Quotations နှင့် Tenders များ ပြင်ဆင်ခြင်း၊ Negotiation Processes များကို ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
Project Pipeline များကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်းနှင့် Customer များနှင့် ကောင်းမွန်သော ဆက်ဆံရေး တည်ဆောက်ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။
သတ်မှတ်ထားသော Sales Targets နှင့် KPIs များ ပြည့်မီအောင် ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။

Requirements

Engineering (သို့မဟုတ်) Business Administration ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Project Sales / Construction / Lighting Industry ပိုင်းတွင် လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ (၃) နှစ်မှ (၅) နှစ်အထိ ရှိရမည်။
Communication Skills နှင့် Negotiation Skills ကောင်းမွန်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Technical Drawings နှင့် Specifications များကို ကောင်းစွာ နားလည်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
CRM Systems နှင့် Microsoft Office Applications များကို ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
