Job Description

လုပ်ငန်းမှလိုအပ်သော ပစ္စည်းများ၊ အခြားအရာများကို အချိန်မှီသက်သာစွာ ဝယ်ယူပေးရန်။
Supplier များရွေးချယ်၍ အရည်အသွေးနှင့် တန်ဖိုးအကောင်းဆုံး ရရှိစေရန် ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
Purchase Request / Purchase Order (PR / PO) များ ပြုစု၍ သတ်မှတ် approval လိုက်နာရမည်။
ဝယ်ယူထားသည့် ပစ္စည်းများ၊ Invoice များနှင့် Voucher များကို စနစ်တကျ ထိန်းသိမ်းရမည်။
Stock level များကို စောင့်ကြည့်ကာ Warehouse / Store နှင့် ပူးပေါင်းညှိနှိုင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
Supplier Performance နှင့် Procurement Strategy များကို စစ်ဆေး သုံးသပ်ကူညီရမည်။
ဝယ်ယူမှုနှင့် သက်ဆိုင်သည့် ကုန်ကျစရိတ်များကို အစီရင်ခံစာ တင်ပြနိုင်ရမည်။
အခြားလိုအပ်သော တာဝန်များကို ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။

Requirements

ဘွဲ့ရရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Business Administration, Supply Chain (သို့) သက်ဆိုင်ရာ နယ်ပယ်တွင် Certificate/ Diploma ရရှိထားသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Purchasing / Procurement လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး (1–3) နှစ်ရှိရမည်။
Microsoft Office ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
ဈေးညှိနှိုင်းနိုင်စွမ်း၊ ဆက်ဆံရေးကောင်းမွန်ပြီး၊ အဖွဲ့အစည်းနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းလုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
