(2)Lead and supervise the QC team.

(3)Monitor production processes and conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met.

(4)Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.

(5)Manage documentation and record-keeping.

(6)Train staff on quality awareness and continuous improvement initiatives.

(7)Report on key quality metrics and recommend improvements to management.

(1)Bachelor’s degree in related field with minimum 3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in manufacturing or distribution.

(2)Strong knowledge of quality standards, testing methods, and regulatory requirements.

(3)Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

(4)Strong leadership and team management skills

(5)Familiarity with quality management systems.

(6)Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Word, QC software).
