Job Description

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
Manage staff scheduling, recruitment, and performance evaluations.
Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards according to regulations.
Control inventory, budgeting, and cost management to maximize profitability.
Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of F&B operations, cost control, and restaurant software.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
