Job Description

Supervise daily operations and service staff during shifts.
Ensure high-quality customer service and guest satisfaction.
Assist in staff training and monitor performance.
Manage table assignments, reservations, and floor operations.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the restaurant.
Support the manager in inventory control and daily reporting.
Resolve minor customer complaints or escalate serious issues to management.

Requirements

High school graduate; Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality/F&B is a plus.
2–3 years’ experience in F&B service or related role.
Good leadership and team coordination skills.
Strong communication and customer-handling abilities.
Problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm during busy hours.
Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.
