Job Description

We are looking for a driven and personable Sales Executive to join Quill Learning Pte Ltd and help expand our presence in Myanmar. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective clients in the region, building relationships, presenting our learning solutions, and driving revenue growth. This role requires someone who is deeply familiar with the local market and can communicate fluently in both English and Thai.
 
  1. Identify and prospect new business opportunities across schools, corporate training departments, and educational institutions in Myanmar.
  2. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations of Quill Learning's platform and offerings to potential clients in both English and Myanmar.
  3. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders in the Myanmar market.
  4. Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  5. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the Head of Business & Commercial Operations.
  6. Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to share with the product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
  7. Represent Quill Learning at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.
  8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both English and Thai— written and spoken. Ability to conduct professional presentations and negotiations in both languages is essential.
  • 2–4 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in edtech, SaaS, or learning & development solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the Myanmar business landscape, culture, and education sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote or field-based role.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and productivity software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field preferred.
