Job Description

Handle daily customer orders, prepare quotations, and issue sales invoices accurately.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide appropriate product and sales support.
Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, deliveries, and outstanding requirements.
Maintain good relationships with existing customers and support customer retention activities.
Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics teams to confirm product availability and ensure timely delivery.
Update customer information, contact details, order records, and transaction history in the CRM system.
Monitor order status and follow up on pending or outstanding orders.
Prepare daily sales summaries, order status reports, and outstanding collection reports.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Perform other sales-related duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline is required.
Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related positions.
Experience in Automotive, Technical Products, Spare Parts, or related industries is preferred.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
Computer literacy with working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and CRM software.
Able to work effectively as part of a team and under sales targets.
