Job Description

Corporate, Event, Catering customers များအတွက် Coffee အရောင်းနှင့် Order များကို အရောင်းရှာဖွေမြှင့်တင်နိုင်ရမည်။
Sales Target ပြည့်မီအောင် Planning, Client meeting, Negotiation, Order follow-up ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးနိုင်ရမည်။
Promotion Campaign, Social Media content idea & Branding materials coordination ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးနိုင်ရမည်။
Customer feedback/complaint ကို စနစ်တကျ ကိုင်တွယ်ပြီး ဖြေရှင်းနိုင်ရမည်။
Weekly/Monthly Sales report, Market trend & Competitor analysis ပြုလုပ်ပေးနိုင်ရမည်။
Branch sales performance စောင့်ကြည့်ပြီး staff training & upselling support ပေးနိုင်ရမည်။

Requirements

တက္ကသိုလ်မှ ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Sales & Marketing နှင့် ပတ်သက်သည့် Diploma (or) Certificate ရရှိထားသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Sales & Marketing field တွင် လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ (၃) နှစ်အထက် ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
F&B / Coffee shop industry လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူကို ဦးစားပေးမည်။
Communication Skill နှင့် Negotiation Skill ကောင်းမွန်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Social Media Marketing အခြေခံနားလည်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Computer Basic (Word, Excel, Email) အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
