Job Description

  • Promote and sell Club Med Resorts, International Cruise Packages, and Travel Insurance products to Travel Agents and customers.
  • Introduce and provide updates on Club Med and Cruise packages, including available products, promotions, and related information.
  • Handle inquiries from Travel Agents, Corporate Customers, and Walk-in Customers and provide suitable travel products and services.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with Travel Agents and business partners.
  • Conduct regular visits and follow-ups with Travel Agents to support sales activities and business relationships.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating Product Launch Events, Travel Fairs, and Agent Appreciation Dinners.
  • Support marketing activities and promote tourism products through appropriate channels.
  • Achieve assigned Sales Targets and contribute to overall department performance.
  • Coordinate with Cruise Companies and Hotel Partners regarding products, promotions, bookings, and business opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales and activity reports and report to the Manager and Seniors.
  • Perform other related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the Travel & Tours, Hotel, Hospitality, or Tourism industry.
  • Experience in selling or promoting Club Med Resorts, International Cruise, or Travel Insurance products is highly preferred.
  • Candidates with experience in International Cruise Tours or related tourism products will have an advantage.
  • Good understanding of Sales & Marketing activities and customer relationship management.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Email.
  • Willingness to participate in and support Travel Fairs, Product Launch Events, and other company events.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Good presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-oriented, proactive, responsible, and willing to travel when required.

  • Staff Party & Lucky Draw: တစ်နှစ်လျှင် (၂) ကြိမ် Staff Party ကျင်းပပြီး လုပ်သက် (၁) နှစ်ပြည့်ဝန်ထမ်းများ Lucky Draw ပါဝင်ကံစမ်းနိုင်ပါသည်။
