Job Description

  • Record daily sales, expenses, invoices, and payments accurately using the company's ERP system (EBS).
  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring timely payments, collections, and proper accruals.
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
  • Prepare accurate Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, and other financial reports.
  • Submit monthly financial reports within 3 days after month-end and quarterly/annual financial reports within 10 days after each reporting period.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and investigate and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Prepare and submit Commercial Tax (VAT), Income Tax, and other statutory tax filings in compliance with local regulations.
  • Assist the Finance Manager with budgeting, financial forecasting, variance analysis, and cash flow monitoring.
  • Support internal and external audit activities by preparing financial records and required documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
  • Supervise, coach, and provide technical guidance to junior accounting staff.
  • Perform other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by the Finance Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • LCCI Level II or Level III certification is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as an Accountant or Senior Accountant.
  • Good knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting ERP systems such as EBS, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
  • Strong teamwork and leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior staff.
