Job Description

Coffee & Beverage Preparation

OMO standard အတိုင်း coffee နှင့် non-coffee beverages များကို ပြင်ဆင်ခြင်း။
Beverage quality, taste consistency နှင့် presentation ကို ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။
Espresso extraction, milk steaming နှင့် recipe standard များကို စောင့်ကြည့်ခြင်း။
Coffee grinder calibration နှင့် adjustment များ ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း။
Raw materials နှင့် coffee beans များကို သင့်တော်စွာ ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။

Store Operations

Shift အလိုက် store operations ကို ဦးဆောင်လုပ်ကိုင်ခြင်း။
Order – Preparation – Pickup workflow ကို smooth ဖြစ်အောင် စီမံခြင်း။
Peak hour အတွင်း beverage production ကို ထိန်းချုပ်ခြင်း။
Inventory level ကို စောင့်ကြည့်ပြီး replenishment လိုအပ်ချက်များ တင်ပြခြင်း။
SOP နှင့် hygiene standards များကို လိုက်နာစေခြင်း။

Digital Ordering & App Operations

App orders များကို စောင့်ကြည့်ပြီး အချိန်မီပြင်ဆင်ခြင်း။
Walk-in နှင့် app orders များကို ထိရောက်စွာ coordinate လုပ်ခြင်း။
Order status accuracy ကို ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။
Loyalty program နှင့် promotion campaign များကို support လုပ်ခြင်း။

Equipment & Maintenance

Espresso machine, grinder နှင့် equipment များကို daily cleaning ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း။
Workstation သန့်ရှင်းပြီး အသုံးပြုရန် အဆင်ပြေစေရန် ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။
Equipment issue များကို အချိန်မီ report လုပ်ခြင်း။

Team Leadership & Training

Junior Barista များကို သင်ကြားပေးခြင်း။
Team members များ SOP လိုက်နာမှုကို သေချာစေခြင်း။
New staff onboarding နှင့် training process ကို support လုပ်ခြင်း။

Customer Experience

Friendly & professional customer service ပေးခြင်း။
Customer complaint များကို အချိန်မီဖြေရှင်းခြင်း။
Product promotion နှင့် app usage ကို encourage လုပ်ခြင်း။

Requirements

Barista experience ရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။ (အထူးသဖြင့် coffee shop experience)
Espresso-based coffee knowledge ကောင်းမွန်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Store operations ကို independently manage လုပ်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Communication & interpersonal skills ကောင်းမွန်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Fast-paced environment တွင် multitasking လုပ်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
POS system နှင့် digital ordering app အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Coffee နှင့် customer service ကို passion ရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
