Job Description

Kitchen လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များကို ဦးဆောင်ကြီးကြပ်ပြီး အစားအစာအရည်အသွေး၊ အရသာနှင့် အပြင်အဆင်ကို Company Standard အတိုင်းထိန်းသိမ်းပေးရန်။
Menu, Recipe နှင့် Special Dishes များ စီမံဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရန်။
Junior Chefs နှင့် Kitchen Staff များကို လေ့ကျင့်သင်ကြားခြင်းနှင့် ဦးဆောင်စီမံပေးခြင်း။
Inventory, Food Cost နှင့် Kitchen Supplies များ စောင့်ကြည့်ပေးခြင်း။
Kitchen တွင် Hygiene, Safety များကိုထိန်းသိမ်းဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း။
FOH (Front of House) Team နှင့် ပူးပေါင်း၍ Smooth Service ဖြစ်စေရန် ဦးဆောင်ပေးခြင်း။
Portion Control နှင့် Dishes များ၏ Consistency ကို ထိန်းသိမ်းဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရန်။
Management အပ်နှံသည့် အခြားတာဝန်များကို လုပ်ဆောင်ပေးခြင်း။

Requirements

သက်ဆိုင်ရာလုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ (၅) နှစ်ရှိပြီး၊ Senior Chef Role တွင် အနည်းဆုံး (၂) နှစ် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိရမည်။
Local နှင့် International Cuisine အတွင်း Culinary Skill ကောင်းမွန်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Leadership, Team Management နှင့် Mentoring Skill ကောင်းမွန်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Shift / Weekend / Public Holiday အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
