Job Description

  • Support daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Finance, Administration, Warehouse, and Logistics to achieve operational goals.
  • Monitor operational performance, identify issues, and propose improvement solutions.
  • Prepare and maintain operational reports, documentation, and records.
  • Ensure operations are carried out in compliance with company policies, procedures, and timelines.
  • Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring operational processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Supervise junior operational staff and provide guidance when required.
  • Handle operational issues, internal coordination matters, and day-to-day problem-solving.
  • Support management in cost control, process improvement, and efficiency enhancement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in operations, administration, or a related role.
  • Strong coordination, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Good problem-solving, analytical, and reporting abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
