Job Description

  • Provide friendly and efficient service to customers.
  • Take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle customer inquiries.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in dining and service areas.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food service.

Requirements

  • Any Graudate. (training or certificate in hospitality or F&B service is a plus)
  • Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
  • Basic understanding of food and beverage service.
  • Friendly, polite, and professional attitude.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented and polite demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a team and flexible shifts.
