Job Description

  • ဆောက်လုပ်ရေး Site တွင် နေ့စဉ်လုပ်ငန်းများကို ကြီးကြပ်စီမံခန့်ခွဲ ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း။
  • Drawing၊ Specification နှင့် BOQ များအတိုင်း လုပ်ဆောင်နေမှုများကို စစ်ဆေးဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်။
  • Foreman၊ Sub-contractor နှင့် လုပ်သားများကို ကြီးကြပ်ညွှန်ကြားပေးခြင်း။
  • Site Progress ကို နေ့စဉ်/အပတ်စဉ် မှတ်တမ်းတင်၍ မိမိအထက်လူကြီးထံ တင်ပြပေးခြင်း။
  • ဆောက်လုပ်ရေးပစ္စည်းအသုံးပြုမှုနှင့် Site Inventory ကို စနစ်တကျ စီမံခန့်ခွဲပေးခြင်း။
  • Site Meeting များ တက်ရောက်၍ အစီရင်ခံစာများ ပြုစုတင်ပြပေးခြင်း။
  • လုပ်ငန်းခွင်အတွင်း လုံခြုံရေးစည်းမျဉ်းများနှင့် ဥပဒေစည်းမျဉ်းများကို လိုက်နာစေရန် ကြီးကြပ်ပေးခြင်း။

Requirements

  • Engineering ပိုင်းနှင့် သက်ဆိုင်သည့် ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Site Engineer နှင့် လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ (၂-၃) နှစ် ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Construction Drawing နှင့် BOQ များကို ဖတ်ရှုနားလည်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • MS Office နှင့် AutoCAD အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Site Coordination နှင့် ပြဿနာဖြေရှင်းနိုင်မှု စွမ်းရည်ရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • တာဝန်ယူမှုရှိပြီး Site တွင် အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • အသင်းအဖွဲ့နှင့် ပူးပေါင်းလုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ပြီး ဆက်ဆံရေးကောင်းမွန်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
