Job Description

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities according to project requirements and schedules.
  • Review and interpret construction and architectural drawings accurately.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, workers, and project teams to ensure smooth site operations.
  • Manage and monitor workers/labour to ensure efficient and productive site activities.
  • Supervise finishing works and ensure work is carried out according to required quality standards.
  • Monitor construction progress and report site issues to the relevant project team.
  • Ensure site work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
  • Coordinate with the design and project teams to resolve site-related issues.
  • Maintain effective teamwork and communication throughout project execution.

Requirements

  • E or B. Tech in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in **finishing works**.
  • Strong ability to read and understand construction drawings.
  • Good labour management and site coordination skills.
  • Good knowledge of site operations and finishing works.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work effectively under project deadlines and site conditions.
  • Responsible, proactive, and capable of handling site-related tasks independently.
