Job Description

  • Supervise and monitor daily site works in accordance with project plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure that all work is carried out safely and in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
  • Inspect and verify construction works to maintain quality and technical standards.
  • Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management review.
  • Solve on-site technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions.
  • Manage site documentation, material requests, and work schedules.
  • Participate in site meetings and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and the project team.
  • Support testing, commissioning, and final handover of completed works.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
  • Minimum (2-3) years of experience in construction site supervision or related engineering role.
  • Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other relevant software.
  • Willing to travel or work at project sites as required.
