Job Description

  • Manage the business's daily tasks and responsibilities effectively.
  • Effectively manage and provide necessary training for employees.
  • Skillfully handle complaints and suggestions to ensure smooth customer relations.
  • Effectively manage financial and administrative matters.
  • Develop strategies to acquire new customers, retain existing ones, and grow the business.

Requirements

  • Must be able to lead an organization.
  • Must be able to speak both English and Burmese to facilitate communication.
  • Must have relevant knowledge and expertise related to the business.
  • Must be able to solve problems with cleverness and tact.
