Job Description

Factory ၏ Raw Materials, Packaging Materials နှင့် Finished Goods Stock များကို စနစ်တကျ ထိန်းချုပ်ရန်။
Daily Stock In / Out နှင့် Inventory Transfer များကို စစ်ဆေးမှတ်တမ်းတင်ရန်။
Production အတွက် Raw Material Issue နှင့် Finished Goods Received များကို စနစ်တကျ မှတ်တမ်းတင်ရန်။
Daily / Weekly / Monthly Stock Reports များကို ပြုစုတင်ပြရန်။
Physical Stock နှင့် System Stock များကို ပုံမှန်စစ်ဆေး၍ ကွာဟချက်များ (Stock Variance) ရှိပါက စစ်ဆေးဖြေရှင်းရန်။
Stock Adjustment များကို သတ်မှတ်ထားသော Procedure အတိုင်း ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
Stock ပျက်စီးမှု၊ ပျောက်ဆုံးမှု၊ Expiry နှင့် Slow-moving / Low Stock များကို စောင့်ကြည့်တင်ပြရန်။
Warehouse တွင် Stock များကို သတ်မှတ်ထားသော စနစ်အတိုင်း စနစ်တကျ သိမ်းဆည်းထားမှုရှိစေရန် ကြီးကြပ်ရန်။
Accountant, Production, Purchasing နှင့် Warehouse Team များနှင့် ပူးပေါင်း၍ Stock Information များ မှန်ကန်မှုရှိစေရန် ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
Monthly Stock Take / Annual Stock Take များတွင် ပါဝင်စစ်ဆေးပြီး Stock Reconciliation ပြုလုပ်ရန်။
Stock-related Documents, Barcode / Label နှင့် Inventory Records များကို စနစ်တကျ ထိန်းသိမ်းရန်။

Requirements

ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Stock Controller / Storekeeper / Inventory ပိုင်းတွင် လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Factory / Manufacturing Industry တွင် Stock Control Experience ရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
Raw Material, Finished Goods နှင့် Inventory Management ပိုင်းကို နားလည်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Stock In / Out, Inventory Transfer နှင့် Stock Reconciliation လုပ်ငန်းများ ကျွမ်းကျင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Excel နှင့် Accounting / Inventory Software အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Stock Records နှင့် Reports များကို တိကျစွာ ပြုစုနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Detail-oriented ဖြစ်ပြီး စာရင်းဇယားများကို သေချာစွာ စစ်ဆေးနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Production, Warehouse နှင့် Accounting Team များနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းလုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
တာဝန်ယူမှုရှိပြီး စနစ်တကျ လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
