Job Description

  • ဖုန်းဖြင့် ဖောက်သည်အသစ်များ ရှာဖွေဆက်သွယ်ပြီး၊ ဝန်ဆောင်မှု ရောင်းအားမြှင့်တင်ရန်။
  • လက်ရှိဖောက်သည်များအား ဝန်ဆောင်မှုအသစ်များ၊ ပရိုမိုးရှင်းများအကြောင်းကို အသိပေးဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
  • လစဥ်သတ်မှတ်ထားသော Sales Target နှင့် KPI များ ပြည့်မီအောင် ကြိုးစားဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
  • Customer များ၏မေးမြန်ချက်များ Inquiries နှင့် Feedback များကို အချိန်နှင့်တပြေးညီ ဖြေကြားကူညီပေးရန်။
  • Customer Database နှင့် Sales records များကို တိကျမှန်ကန်စွာ Update ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။

Requirements

  • တက္ကသိုလ်ဘွဲ့တစ်ခုခု ရရှိထားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Tele Sales / Call Center / Customer Service လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ (၂) နှစ်အထက်ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Target-oriented mindset ရှိပြီး ညှိနှိုင်းပြောဆိုနိုင်စွမ်း (Negotiation Skill) ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
  • Computer (MS Office) အခြေခံ ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
  • အများနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းပြီး လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
