Job Description

Training Plan များ ရေးဆွဲစီမံရန်။
Training Program များကို သက်ဆိုင်ရာအဖွဲအစည်းများနှင့် ညှိနှိင်းစီမံဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
သင်တန်းအတွက် လိုအပ်သော Schedule၊ နေရာထိုင်ခင်း (Venue)၊ သင်ထောက်ကူပစ္စည်းများ (Materials) နှင့် တက်ရောက်မှုစာရင်း (Attendance) များကို တာဝန်ယူဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
Trainer များနှင့် သက်ဆိုင်ရာဌာနများအကြား ထိရောက်သော ဆက်သွယ်ညှိနှိင်းမှုများ ပြုလုပ်ရန်။
သင်တန်းမှတ်တမ်း (Training Record) နှင့် အခြားအချက်အလက်များကို စနစ်တကျ ထိန်းသိမ်းရန်။
သင်တန်းများအပေါ် တုံပြန်ချက် (Feedback) များ ကောက်ယူပြီး Report တင်ပြရန်။
လုပ်ငန်းလိုအပ်ချက်အရ သင်တန်းပိုချမည့် အကြောင်းအရာ (Training Content) များ ပြင်ဆင်ရာတွင် ပါဝင်ကူညီရန်။

Requirements

ဘွဲရရှိထားသူ (သိုမဟုတ်) အထက်တန်း အောင်မြင်ပြီးသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
HR, Training, Administration (သိုမဟုတ်) သက်ဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူကို ဦးစားပေးမည်။
ဆက်ဆံရေးနှင့် ပေါင်းစပ်ညှိနှိင်းမှု စွမ်းရည် (Communication & Coordination Skill) ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ကို ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
အလုပ်များကို စနစ်တကျ စီစဉ်နိုင်စွမ်း (Planning & Organizational Skill) ရှိရမည်။
အခြေခံအင်္ဂလိပ်စာ (Basic English Communication) ရရှိသူကို ဦးစားပေးမည်။
သင်တန်းအစီအစဉ်များ စီစဉ်ဖူးသူနှင့် Presentation Skill ကောင်းမွန်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
