• နေ့စဉ် Operation လည်ပတ်မှုများကို ကြီးကြပ်ခြင်း၊ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများ ချောမွေ့စေရန်နှင့် SOP များအတိုင်း လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်
• ဝန်ထမ်းများ၏ Performance များကို လေ့လာစောင့်ကြည့်၍ လိုအပ်သော Training များ ပေးရမည်
• CRM ကို အခြေခံ၍ Customer awareness ရနိုင်မည့် Strategic plan များ ရေးဆွဲရမည်
• ဆိုင်အတွင်းရှိ Operational issues များအားလုံးကို နည်းလမ်းကျကျ ကိုင်တွယ်ဖြေရှင်းရမည်
• Operation ကောင်းမွန်စွာ လည်ပတ်နိုင်ရန် Company Standard နဲ့ ကိုက်ညီသော SOPများ ချမှတ်ရမည်
• Inventory, Ordering, Cost control procedures များကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲရမည်
• Customer Feedback များ၊ Service issues များကို အထူးအလေးထား၍ ကိုင်တွယ်ဖြေရှင်းရမည်
• Annual operation procedure, target and budget plan များ တိုးတက်ကောင်းမွန်အောင် ရေးဆွဲရမည်
• လစ်လပ်နေရာများအတွက် ချိန်းဆိုထားသော Interview များတွင် ပါဝင်ရမည်
• Food hygiene & Safety Protocols များ လိုက်နာစေရန် ကြပ်ကြပ်မတ်မတ် စီမံခန့်ခွဲရမည်
MBA or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration
• F&B နယ်ပယ်တွင် Management အတွေ့အကြုံ 5 နှစ်နှင့် အထက် ရှိသူ
• Leadership skill ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး Problem-solving skill ရှိသူ
• Customer experience & Service Quality Management ကောင်းမွန်သူ
• Budgeting, Cost control and Resource Management ကျွမ်းကျင်သူ
• POS, Inventory Management & Reporting skill ရှိသူ
• Strategic Operational Planning ကောင်းမွန်စွာရေးဆွဲနိုင်ပြီး Team အား Motivation ပေးနိုင်သူ
Working Day: 6 days per week
