Job Description

  • Menu နှင့် Quality Standards အတိုင်း Salad, Cold Dishes, Dressings နှင့် Garnishes များ ပြင်ဆင်ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရန်။
  • Salad နှင့် Cold Dishes အတွက် အသုံးပြုမည့် Ingredients များ၏ Freshness နှင့် Quality ကို ထိန်းသိမ်းပေးခြင်း။
  • Salad Preparation Area တွင် Hygiene, Safety, Cleanliness ကို ထိန်းသိမ်းပေးခြင်း။
  • Portion Control နှင့် Dishes များ၏ Consistency ကို စောင့်ကြည့်ပေးခြင်း။
  • Daily Kitchen Operations တွင် Head Chef နှင့် Sous Chef ကို ကူညီဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း။
  • Salad နှင့် Cold Dishes အတွက် Ingredients Inventory နှင့် Stock ကို စီမံဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း။
  • Recipes, Plating Standards နှင့် Company Procedures များကို စနစ်တကျ လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်ပေးခြင်း။
  • Head Chef သို့မဟုတ် Sous Chef က အပ်နှံသည့် အခြားတာဝန်များကို လုပ်ဆောင်ပေးခြင်း။

Requirements

  • Culinary Diploma, Certificate (သို့) သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Training အလုပ်အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Salad Preparation, Cold Kitchen (သို့) Kitchen ပိုင်းလုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ (၁-၂) နှစ်ရှိရမည်။
  • Salad Techniques, Ingredient Combinations နှင့် Presentation ပိုင်း ကျွမ်းကျင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Preparation နှင့် Presentation အတွက် Attention to Detail နှင့် Creativity ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Leadership Skill၊ Communication Skill ကောင်းမွန်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • Shift / Weekend / Public Holiday အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
